What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for 40-50 Tier 1 & 2 customer accounts.
- Develop and execute shared success plans to align product capabilities with client business goals.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify expansion opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling potential.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders, influencers, and end-users to drive product utilization.
- Partner with Solution Architects to ensure technical alignment and demonstrate advanced product features.
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle, including risk assessment, escalation, and retention reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Engagement.
- Must be based in Sydney and able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office).
- Strong commercial acumen with a conceptual understanding of IT operations and enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bias for action and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
