What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle by identifying, targeting, and securing new nonprofit customers.
- Drive growth within existing accounts through deeper adoption and cross-functional expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and maximize customer value.
- Engage with nonprofit leaders to establish trust and demonstrate long-term partnership.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Analyze account usage data to identify trends and inform expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle sales, ideally within SaaS, technology, or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong consultative sales expertise with the ability to uncover pain points and present clear ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including C-suite.
- Proficiency in account planning, execution, and leveraging data to drive success.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Adaptable and self-driven approach with a focus on achieving long-term results.
