What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Engage prospects to understand challenges, deliver product demonstrations, and position solutions effectively.
- Own and work towards revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewals.
- Identify, progress, and close opportunities, including commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers to support retention, adoption, and long-term success.
- Monitor customer usage to identify risks and opportunities for account expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or recruitment, or a strong desire to move into this space.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and motivation to learn both commercial and customer success aspects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in using AI to improve productivity and customer engagement.
