What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Engage prospects to understand challenges, deliver product demonstrations, and position solutions effectively.
  • Own and work towards revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewals.
  • Identify, progress, and close opportunities, including commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB customers to support retention, adoption, and long-term success.
  • Monitor customer usage to identify risks and opportunities for account expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or recruitment, or a strong desire to move into this space.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, and motivation to learn both commercial and customer success aspects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in using AI to improve productivity and customer engagement.
