What you will do

• Manage market-by-market recruiting targets to ensure adequate court reporter coverage across the US.
• Build and optimize the end-to-end recruiting funnel from outbound sourcing to platform activation.
• Design and streamline provider onboarding workflows, including administrative processes and tool introductions.
• Develop and refine the value proposition to attract and engage high-quality court reporters.
• Analyze recruiting performance and determine the ROI of industry events and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to improve recruiting collateral and internal tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume staffing or within a two-sided marketplace.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to plan, execute, and track market-level recruiting targets and KPIs.
• Experience building and managing full-cycle recruiting funnels.
• Must be based in the United States.
