What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact revenue roles including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions.
- Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent and manage pipeline metrics.
- Refine and optimize hiring workflows to ensure a fast and competitive candidate experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Lead special projects to enhance the employer brand and sales hiring best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience specifically dedicated to sales/GTM recruiting in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to effectively pitch the company vision to competitive talent.
- Process-oriented approach with a knack for building scalable hiring workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with very high attention to detail.
