What you will do

• Define growth areas and develop an actionable strategy for high-speed digital test applications.
• Build technical relationships with XPU, interconnect, and cable manufacturers.
• Lead technical discussions, demos, and evaluations for high-speed digital VNA applications.
• Interface with R&D to align VNA features with industry roadmaps and customer feedback.
• Support and train the North American sales team on VNA application and use cases.
• Represent the company in standard bodies and industry events.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in business development, field/applications engineering, or RF test engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).
• Strong understanding of S-parameters, de-embedding, and fixture calibration.
• Must reside in the US and have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting high-density AI cluster architectures.
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.3dj ethernet standards and PCIe Gen 6 / Gen 7.
• Existing relationships with major interconnect and transceiver vendors.
