What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic professional relationships with key decision makers in the telecom sector.
- Create and implement sales plans to meet and exceed annual targets for the fiber product portfolio.
- Manage contract proposals for existing customers and new corporate clients.
- Research new markets and proactively recommend innovative business opportunities.
- Report on sales, retention, revenue, and forecasting to leadership and finance.
- Lead multi-tier sales channels, collaborating with regional teams and independent rep firms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in telecommunications or communications networks.
- At least 5 years of experience in a direct sales management position.
- Proven negotiation skills for creating detailed, multi-year agreements with executive-level customers.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time on a domestic basis.
- Extensive experience in the corporate market across the United States.
