Salary: $83,100 — $138,400 USD (Zone 3)

What you will do
- Execute targeted outbound outreach through calls, emails, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate new demand.
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks and meticulously document findings in Salesforce CRM.
- Utilize AI-enabled prospecting tools to identify buying signals and prioritize high-conversion accounts.
- Research prospect organizations to uncover business context and pain points to craft personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop strategies that drive engagement and opportunity creation.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including lead conversion and pipeline value.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a pipeline-generation role.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level) required.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Raleigh, NC.
- Strong resilience and persistence in handling objections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different prospects.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Background in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Exposure to data security, AI governance, privacy, or compliance markets.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales strategies.
