TL;DR

Senior Business Development Associate (Telecom): Driving strategic growth and pipeline development for network construction solutions with an accent on OSP and fiber optics infrastructure. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote/Hybrid with travel up to 25%).

Salary: $81,753 – $138,980 Annually.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers in the telecom sector.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management teams to build and maintain a robust business development pipeline.
  • Create and analyze complex financial models, including revenue potential, conversion probability, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports summarizing business development and integration activities.
  • Lead the implementation of medium to large-scale projects and facilitate cross-departmental meetings.
  • Support the development of proposals for Sales to present to customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 4-5 years of in-depth experience in financial services or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills in finance and accounting, including proficiency in financial statements and modeling.
  • Knowledge of the telecom industry, including suppliers, customers, and competitors.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills.
