Location: 100% onsite in São Paulo, Brazil (presence required Monday to Friday)

What you will do

• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage logistics for the Brazil Sales team.
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
• Prepare presentations, agendas, and internal documentation.
• Maintain administrative systems, organized records, and files.
• Support daily office operations, supplies management, and workspace organization.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate internal and external events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and a teamwork mindset.
