What you will do

  • Identify and qualify prospective client opportunities through business needs analysis and budget target assessment.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling pitches and live software demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level management and executives to maximize account profitability.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on market offerings and strategies.
  • Lead and manage complex RFI/RFP processes to secure new business.
  • Negotiate win-win solutions by identifying organizational priorities and aligning strategies with customer goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of quota-carrying performance.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing sectors and Tier 1/2 supply chains.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex viewpoints to executive stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to run effective software demonstrations.
  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

  • Master’s degree.
