What you will do
- Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms like Upwork and other lead sources.
- Craft tailored, high-quality proposals that accurately reflect technical capabilities.
- Manage outreach and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
- Track and analyze proposal performance data to optimize conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical accuracy in all sales materials.
- Provide regular reports and insights on pipeline activity to management.
Requirements
- Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level).
- Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and strategy.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
- Experience with technical writing or working alongside developers.
