Proposal/Business Development Specialist (AdTech)

Location: Remote; listed locations include Brazil, Australia, the Philippines, South Africa, and Colombia. Fully remote work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on Upwork and other lead sources.
• Review client requirements and create tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client needs.
• Write, refine, and optimize proposal content for clarity, positioning, and brand consistency.
• Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients.
• Track proposal timing, response rates, daily output, and pipeline activity.
• Analyze proposal data, improve conversion strategies, and collaborate with developers to represent technical capabilities accurately.

Requirements

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong English writing skills at minimum B2 to C1 level.
• Experience with client acquisition, outreach, lead drafting, data collection, analysis, and strategy.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional international teams.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
• Technical writing experience or experience working alongside developers.
• Interest in technology and digital products, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
