What you will do

  • Engage inbound prospects and marketing-generated leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Execute outbound outreach to target accounts to generate Qualification Meetings and achieve Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) goals.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with executives using the 4W's sales methodology (What, Why, Who, When).
  • Create and implement tailored Salesloft cadences and call scripts for specific customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to define and execute strategic account plans.
  • Identify key technologies and competitors within accounts to optimize the Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR role with a strong focus on outbound lead generation and pipeline building.
  • Professional background in software or other technology sectors.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is highly preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.
