Senior Manager, Human Resources (Media)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide operational HR leadership and direction for the MS NOW Network.
• Partner with senior leadership to align and execute HR strategies in support of operations.
• Manage complex employee relations issues for union and non-union employees.
• Develop and implement appropriate change management plans.
• Oversee HR processes including staffing, benefits, performance management, and L&D.
• Maintain employee data integrity within the SAP HR system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional-level HR experience.
• Must be located in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Practical knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA, MSHRM) or HRLP certification.
• Experience with SAP HR.
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety.
