What you will do

  • Own and continuously improve HR operational processes across onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Manage all employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, PERM, green cards) in partnership with external counsel.
  • Lead and develop a POD of HR Generalists supporting multiple business units or portfolio companies.
  • Oversee office management and HR administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement process improvements and optimize HR systems using data and metrics to increase scalability.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on HR operations.
  • Proven experience managing immigration processes in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in multi-entity, high-growth, or private equity-backed environments.
  • Must be based in Tampa, FL
