TL;DR

Manager, Fair Employment Practices (HR): Conducting internal investigations of employment-related complaints and delivering workplace training with an accent on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Focus on synthesizing employee feedback to develop enterprise-wide insights and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Location: Hybrid (Universal City, CA) — minimum of four days per week in office

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Investigate sensitive claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in partnership with the internal Employment Law team.
  • Prepare investigative documents and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate "Respect in the Workplace" harassment-prevention training for corporate and production populations.
  • Design and lead employee feedback sessions, presenting findings and action plans to leadership.
  • Identify trends in employee complaints to recommend proactive training and measures.
  • Synthesize feedback and data insights to develop enterprise-wide organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Employee Relations or Human Resources experience.
  • Strong background in conducting internal investigations and delivering professional training.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office at least four days per week.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with empathy, tact, and discretion.
