What you will do

• Ensure end-to-end GTM data quality by maintaining accurate and consistent CRM records, reports, and lists.
• Triage and resolve requests from GTM stakeholders regarding marketing systems, workflows, and campaign operations.
• Partner with RevOps and cross-functional teams to implement automations and process optimizations.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and funnel data to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
• Collaborate on strategic projects to improve client acquisition and conversion throughout the buyer's journey.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training for RevOps tools and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to work across data, systems, and people to drive business outcomes.
• Capacity to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
