What you will do

• Audit the GTM stack (Attio CRM, outbound tools) and identify gaps or broken connections.
• Configure data flows between CRM, outbound tools, and reporting layers to ensure data integrity.
• Create BI dashboards for leadership to track pipeline health, experiment results, and rep activity.
• Implement automations for lead routing, status updates, and alerts using Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the infrastructure.
• Define and enforce naming conventions, lifecycle stages, and field standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at a B2B/Enterprise startup.
• Admin-level proficiency with Attio or comparable CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker or Metabase.
• Hands-on expertise with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Proven track record of implementing similar infrastructure across multiple companies.
• Must be based in the United States.
