Salary: $132,000–$196,000 per annum

What you will do
- Build and lead the RevOps function, overseeing SalesOps, MarketingOps, and Business Analysis.
- Establish a scalable GTM operating model and cadence in collaboration with founders and GTM leadership.
- Design and maintain a clean, integrated, and scalable GTM systems landscape.
- Transform funnel performance, forecast accuracy, and retention data into actionable business insights.
- Increase rigor and consistency in commercial policy, pricing governance, and deal processes.
- Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and Finance teams around shared metrics and execution standards.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, GTM, Sales, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software environment.
- Strong track record in high-growth, VC-backed (Series B–D) or PE-backed companies.
- Proven ability to operate in a builder environment, balancing immediate needs with long-term process design.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and technical teams.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM, including workflow architecture and systems integrations.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience building and scaling a RevOps function through rapid growth.
- Comfort with automation, AI tools, SQL, and BI/data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions combined with Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Experience implementing commission plans and processes.
- Exposure to forecasting, deal desk, and expansion analytics.
