What you will do
- Design RevOps processes, systems, and reporting frameworks for the EMEA revenue organization.
- Define and implement KPIs across the B2B funnel (lead generation through retention and expansion).
- Own CRM & data management by building dashboards and reports for executives, managers, and reps.
- Run forecasting and pipeline management cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) in partnership with Sales and Finance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance on lead flow, pricing/renewals, and revenue recognition.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and process enhancements for the GTM organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM analytics in a B2B SaaS/technology environment.
- HubSpot experience required with hands-on CRM system management.
- Proven experience supporting pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting for sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of end-to-end revenue processes.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance stakeholders.
