What you will do

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for a dedicated client account.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports across media and website performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, explain performance shifts, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, strategy, creative, and technology to guide marketing decisions.
• Automate repeatable reporting tasks and improve data governance processes.
• Present findings and data-driven stories to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) to obtain required security clearance.
• Must be able to work from the Chicago office at least 3 days per week.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or media analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
