Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee content performance across various genres on Peacock to drive strategic business decision-making.
• Translate complex streaming KPIs and analytical methodologies into compelling narratives for senior creative executives.
• Design and maintain scalable data products that enable self-service access to insights across the organization.
• Partner with Content Programming, Marketing, and Strategy to inform growth and competitive positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights to deliver holistic perspectives on audience engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industry working with complex datasets.
• Must be based in Universal City, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days per week in office.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
• Proven ability to communicate and present persuasively in senior executive forums.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of Nielsen measurement methodology and experience analyzing Nielsen data.
• Experience supervising entry-level and mid-career employees.
