TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain platforms for business intelligence, contract management, and user access.
  • Conduct quantitative data analysis and develop measurement plans for creative and media testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and media strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day activity on large analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality client materials.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating deep industry knowledge and understanding business objectives.
  • Research industry trends and share expertise to support team growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant media work experience, with a strong background in digital media.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics and quantitative business measures.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Chicago or New York.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of media industry research tools like Nielsen, Pathmatics, or Forrester.
  • Familiarity with ad server technology, specifically Google Campaign Manager.
