What you will do

• Create and lead analytics strategies, including annual learning agendas and testing roadmaps for client accounts.
• Build analytical capabilities such as segmentation, predictive modeling, and campaign evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of analytics projects.
• Use storytelling to deliver clear and concise insights that identify growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Implement quality control procedures for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with a track record of client-facing execution.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL for independent problem solving and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and data architecture (Snowflake, Redshift).
• Deep expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and LTV calculations.
• Must be based in the USA.
