Senior Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Leading total account relationships with enterprise customers to drive the Twilio Platform Vision with an accent on multi-product selling and consultative sales for large-scale global businesses. Focus on driving revenue growth, executing analytical account strategies, and becoming a strategic partner for Retail customers.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC

Salary: $158,632 - $220,320

What you will do

  • Manage and expand major Retail customer accounts across the entire Twilio platform.
  • Execute account strategies to deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit.
  • Partner with Specialist Sales and Product Management to drive solution adoption.
  • Run disciplined forecasts and manage a pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles through deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on industry updates for the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in major or strategic account sales.
  • Expertise in managing quantitative and highly analytical products.
  • Track record of delivering profitable revenue for large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms.
  • Domain expertise in DevOps, Fintech, security, or investment banking.
  • Software, SaaS, or PaaS selling experience.
  • Familiarity with commerce platforms or two-sided marketplaces.
