What you will do

• Manage the operational layer of the Infrastructure Compute lease portfolio, covering data centers, co-location facilities, and GPU/TPU equipment finance leases.
• Execute lease abstraction and maintain system data hygiene within the LMS to ensure a record of truth.
• Monitor critical dates, renewal windows, and notice periods, routing decisions to stakeholders in Infra and Workplace.
• Perform landlord billing audits, dispute errors, and reconcile CAM charges across the real estate portfolio.
• Oversee rent payment processing and AP coding, ensuring accuracy and timely execution in synchronization with Workday/ERP.
• Support the accounting team's close cycle by providing clean subledger data and timely inputs.

Requirements

• Experience implementing or operating a Lease Management System (LMS) such as CoStar or Workday Lease.
• Proven ability to identify billing errors and CAM discrepancies using lease language.
• Familiarity with ASC 842 to support accounting teams and maintain a defensible subledger.
• Fluency in AP processes, including payment workflows, POs, and GL coding.
• Prior experience working in a SOX-compliant environment with documented lease controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of lease administration experience across data center, colo, or equipment portfolios.
• Direct operational experience with data center or colo leases.
• Proficiency with Workday Financials or Workday Lease.
• Experience using AI tools (preferably Claude) for automation and reporting efficiency.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, specifically GPU clusters.
