Sr. Manager, Procurement & Accounts Payable (Finance): Overseeing strategic sourcing and accounts payable functions to optimize the invoice-to-pay process with an accent on vendor negotiations and process automation. Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in US Zones A, B, or C; candidates in Zone D (e.g., San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, San Jose) are not eligible.
Salary: $145,750 – $190,000 per year

What you will do
- Build and implement a best-practice procurement process that improves speed and flexibility while maintaining strong controls.
- Lead sourcing strategy, vendor negotiations, and commercial terms for strategic and high-value deals.
- Establish a proactive renewal and vendor strategy motion, including renewal calendars and category reviews.
- Oversee the procurement teammate and day-to-day logistics, including Jira workflows and PO issuance.
- Drive improvements to the invoice-to-pay process, specifically through automation opportunities within Workday.
- Create dashboards and KPI reporting for cycle time, SLA adherence, and spend visibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or AP operations.
- Must be based in the United States (specifically within labor markets Zones A, B, or C).
- Meaningful people leadership experience and a track record of improving commercial outcomes.
- Experience with Workday, Jira, CLM systems, or ERP/P2P platforms.
- Proven ability to scale operational workflows in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
