Salary: $114,750 - $121,500

What you will do

• Design and oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including intake, PO issuance, and vendor onboarding.
• Serve as the operational owner of procurement workflows and systems, ensuring compliance and process consistency.
• Coordinate across FP&A, Legal, Security, and Engineering to ensure timely resolution of procurement requests.
• Monitor SLAs and identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Establish and enforce company-wide spend policies to strengthen budget accountability and audit readiness.
• Lead monthly open-PO reviews and provide variance analysis to support month-end close.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or P2P operations within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of the accounting side of procurement, including accruals, GL coding, and balance sheet impact.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software agreements and cloud infrastructure contracts.
• Working knowledge of procurement compliance, audit readiness, and SOX-oriented operational controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled workflow improvement or OCR-based intake automation.
• Proficiency with P2P platforms like Zip, Coupa, Airbase, or Tipalti.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
