What you will do

• Identify and initiate contact with potential partners across Fintech, Financial Services, Business News, and digital media.
• Conduct due diligence and build ROI models and financial forecasts to determine venture viability.
• Represent CNBC at industry events and in high-level discussions with external stakeholders.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through commercial negotiations and launch.
• Design visually compelling executive pitch decks tailored for C-suite audiences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Standards, and Editorial to secure buy-in.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships within media, finance, or technology.
• Proven track record of supporting and closing deals.
• Exceptional ability to build executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
• Strong experience in external-facing roles and navigating complex contract negotiations.
• Ability to build business cases and ROI models to justify investments.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
