Senior Manager, Demand Partnerships (AdTech): Leading commercial relationships with major demand-side platforms across the Americas to drive revenue growth and marketplace performance. Location: Must be based in New York City, New York, United States (Hybrid role).

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per annum.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial relationships with major DSPs and programmatic platforms across the Americas.
  • Act as the primary strategic contact for partner leadership and trading teams.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities through PMP deals and supply path optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal product, yield, and operations teams to align execution with partner priorities.
  • Build and execute joint business plans to unlock incremental demand.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in executive-level partner discussions.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in digital advertising with expertise in programmatic infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of the SSP ↔ DSP ecosystem, RTB mechanics, and deal structures.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic demand partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to execute against revenue goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and executive presentation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided).
