What you will do

• Manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding execution, including system access, asset return, and documentation.
• Track attendance, leave, and timesheets to support payroll-related reporting.
• Administer employee benefits, including insurance enrollment and claims coordination.
• Perform HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure organizational consistency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling sensitive data.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and documentation workflows.
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
