What you will do

• Plan and coordinate creative project activities from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.
• Manage project line items, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
• Communicate regularly with task owners to monitor progress and provide updates.
• Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing follow-up actions.
• Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview at one of the company's locations.
