Project Manager I (AEC)

What you will do

• Support Team Leads by tracking scope, schedule, milestones, and action items across the project portfolio.
• Maintain accurate project tracking data and reporting in Asana and VantagePoint to ensure delivery visibility.
• Organize and improve internal documentation and workflows using GitHub Pull Requests.
• Coordinate project setup, closeout processes, and billing readiness through disciplined tracking.
• Capture and distribute meeting notes and document client decisions to maintain a reliable project record.
• Monitor project health, identifying risks and blockers early to reduce rework and surprises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, document control, or operations support within an AEC-related environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Asana, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or CDT certification.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Familiarity with GitHub documentation workflows.
