What you will do

• Define, lead, and run implementations specifically for the North America region.
• Manage project objectives and timelines, addressing dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a primary technical resource for key account and strategic US customers.
• Collaborate with CSMs to ensure high data quality and address customer issues appropriately.
• Proactively monitor and alert customers regarding data quality issues affecting their engagements.
• Solve real-world customer challenges by leveraging deep domain expertise in data and technology.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of technical project management or similar professional experience.
• Proven track record of partnering with both business stakeholders and technical professionals.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Salesforce, or Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical domain is preferred.
