TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own implementation project administration: maintain project plans in Asana (milestones, tasks, dependencies) and keep documentation up to date.
  • Run implementation coordination: prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, distribute recaps, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain RAID logs (risks, issues, actions, dependencies) and compile status reports and internal updates.
  • Coordinate client follow-ups and next steps: track deliverables, support training logistics, and maintain client-facing timelines and documentation.
  • Support implementation readiness by monitoring project health, risks, and timelines and assisting internal coordination across data, product, and CS teams.
  • Progress from project support to partial ownership and then full ownership of smaller implementations over time.

Requirements

  • US residency required and availability to work mostly EST hours.
  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through consistently, and operate with autonomy in evolving processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teams and clients informed on expectations and timelines.
  • Professional, client-facing communication and ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.
