What you will do
- Own implementation project administration: maintain project plans in Asana (milestones, tasks, dependencies) and keep documentation up to date.
- Run implementation coordination: prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, distribute recaps, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain RAID logs (risks, issues, actions, dependencies) and compile status reports and internal updates.
- Coordinate client follow-ups and next steps: track deliverables, support training logistics, and maintain client-facing timelines and documentation.
- Support implementation readiness by monitoring project health, risks, and timelines and assisting internal coordination across data, product, and CS teams.
- Progress from project support to partial ownership and then full ownership of smaller implementations over time.
Requirements
- US residency required and availability to work mostly EST hours.
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through consistently, and operate with autonomy in evolving processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teams and clients informed on expectations and timelines.
- Professional, client-facing communication and ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.
