TL;DR

Digital Producer (SEO & Web): Ongoing management of SEO and design/development client accounts with an accent on project scoping, client liaison, and deliverable review. Focus on organizing strategy meetings, upselling services, and ensuring timely project closure under financial and resource constraints.

Location: 100% remote from anywhere worldwide, must be available 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST (40 hours/week).

Salary: $17–$35 per hour (California, New York, Washington, Colorado; varies outside).

What you will do

• Develop project scopes considering financial, resource, and technological constraints with cost estimates and risk assessment.
• Attend client meetings, kick-offs, and organize internal strategy sessions for campaign planning.
• Act as creative liaison between clients and team, responding to communications within 2 hours.
• Clarify project objectives, review team deliverables, and ensure they are complete and stored properly.
• Maintain project management tools, track industry trends, upsell services, and close out projects.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Pass skills test in web development or online marketing (SEO or PPC).
• Experience in project or account management for multiple clients.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, risk management, resource allocation, and running team meetings.
• Familiarity with PM software (Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, Hubspot) and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of web design standards, usability, and CMS like WordPress.
• Reliable workstation, fast internet; passion for startup environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Proficiency with photo/video editing software.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads.
