Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define the DTC partner outreach strategy, including target segments, priority partners, and sequencing.
• Own senior and executive-level relationships with key partners and high-priority enterprise targets.
• Directly manage and coach the DTC Partner Operations Managers to ensure effective execution.
• Lead cross-functional planning and alignment with Marketing, Content, Product, and Legal teams.
• Establish operational standards, frameworks, and reporting systems to track portfolio health.
• Resolve operational blockers and drive alignment on decisions requiring senior-level intervention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or partner operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of owning senior and enterprise-level external relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and experience building operational systems for BD functions.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY.

• Experience in subscription, media, or consumer-facing businesses.
