Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop company-wide growth strategies and evaluate long-term value.
• Develop business case analyses for new monetization strategies and whitespace opportunities.
• Lead the development of ad sales streaming positioning and go-to-market narratives.
• Assess in-market performance and sales feedback to drive product enhancements and demand.
• Collaborate with business leaders to create executive-level presentations for strategy and performance reporting.
• Drive ad hoc strategic initiatives using quantitative analytics and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in media, tech, streaming, consulting, or investment banking.
• BA/BS degree required (MBA preferred).
• Proven quantitative analytical abilities and Excel modeling skills.
• Strong PowerPoint proficiency with experience summarizing complex information for executive audiences.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
