TL;DR

What you will do
- Serve as the business owner of Salesforce and lead the design of a fully integrated commercial technology stack to enable field sales and marketing.
- Develop and execute a multi-year systems roadmap for Commercial Operations aligned with corporate growth strategy.
- Design and implement a robust Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance program.
- Build and manage a high-performing Sales Ops Systems team, including admins and analysts.
- Develop tools and dashboards for real-time performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Systems, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and administration.
- Strong understanding of transplant medicine, diagnostic workflows, and healthcare provider dynamics.
- Must be based in the US (West Coast preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience in post-transplant diagnostics or related therapeutic areas.
- Certification in Salesforce Administration or Lean Six Sigma.
- Background in change management or process reengineering.
