Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday), fully remote on Fridays.

Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage Insurance and Security categories for a national movers platform reaching 30M+ customers.
• Own P&L management, business operations, and customer experience across categories.
• Define and execute the customer experience strategy and roadmap to deliver impactful products and features.
• Manage executive-level relationships with Fortune 500 partners to accelerate growth and value.
• Identify and implement new monetization strategies and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align strategy and deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of leadership experience driving growth in digital businesses.
• Proven track record in strategic partner management and revenue growth.
• Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams across product, analytics, and business functions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy and execution.
• Experience defining performance metrics for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the South Charlotte, NC office Monday through Thursday.
