Director (Product Strategy): Lead regional product strategy for the hirify.global Developer Platform (VDP) across Latin America and the Caribbean with an accent on API commercialization readiness, pricing/business-readiness validation, and regional go-to-market execution. Focus on integrating product performance and adoption metrics into financial models, guiding cross-functional delivery, and communicating data-driven insights through advanced data storytelling.

Location: Miami, FL, USA (Hybrid; office 2–3 days/week, ~50%+ time in office)

Salary: $176,467–$261,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Own regional product strategy for the hirify.global Developer Platform (VDP) in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
• Act as the liaison between LAC product teams and hirify.global Global to validate that APIs meet pricing and business-readiness requirements for regional commercialization.
• Align digital solutions with hirify.global standards and LAC market commercial dynamics, including tokenization, authentication, and dCVV2.
• Integrate product performance, adoption metrics, and financial models to shape regional strategy, budget, and pricing.
• Translate technical capabilities into actionable business narratives and guide cross-functional execution.
• Advise on sequencing go-to-market plans, structuring engagements, and calibrating expectations based on country-specific constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Research, or related field, plus 10 years of experience in the offered role or a business analytics-related occupation; or Master’s degree plus 8 years.
• Experience with predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics, quantitative forecasting, and business decision modeling.
• Experience with digital product integration in financial institutions and API-based financial product strategy.
• Experience with process optimization and automation, and business transformation in regulated environments.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Travel: 15% domestic and international travel required.
