What you will do

• Manage an assigned workers' compensation book of business to meet yearly retention goals.
• Deliver competitive renewal options to agency partners to secure policy renewals.
• Provide agent onboarding for new policies, ensuring understanding of carrier requirements and service expectations.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with carrier partners to expedite solutions for agents and policyholders.
• Monitor and respond to regional policy inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate policy records and documentation within the data management system.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 4-7 years of workers' compensation experience in an agency, carrier, or wholesaler setting.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain one within 120 days.
• Experience managing a book of business within underwriting guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and agency networks.
