Salary: $55,000 base + commission (OTE $86,000+)

What you will do
- Build and manage strong relationships with employers across an assigned portfolio of career centers.
- Develop a deep understanding of recruitment and hiring challenges within assigned industry verticals.
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting for new business, renewing existing clients, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Execute consistent, high-level sales outreach using modern sales tools and automation platforms.
- Sell a comprehensive suite of recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by coordinating the successful delivery of products and services.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment based in Atlanta, GA.
- 6 months to 3 years of sales, customer-facing, or performance-based experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
