TL;DR

Sales Account Representative (Inside Sales): Building and managing relationships with employers across a portfolio of career centers with an accent on driving revenue growth through prospecting and upsell opportunities. Focus on executing high-level sales outreach and delivering recruitment advertising solutions within a high-growth organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid environment in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $55,000 base + commission (OTE $86,000+)

What you will do

  • Build and manage strong relationships with employers across an assigned portfolio of career centers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of recruitment and hiring challenges within assigned industry verticals.
  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting for new business, renewing existing clients, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Execute consistent, high-level sales outreach using modern sales tools and automation platforms.
  • Sell a comprehensive suite of recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by coordinating the successful delivery of products and services.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment based in Atlanta, GA.
  • 6 months to 3 years of sales, customer-facing, or performance-based experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
