TL;DR

Territory Manager, Alternate Care (Medtech): Developing and executing sales plans for the assigned territory to increase adoption of Pulse Co-Oximetry solutions within Alternate Care markets with an accent on market penetration and customer acquisition. Focus on generating a high-quality sales pipeline, managing complex sales processes, and collaborating with clinical support teams to meet growth objectives.

Location: Remote (Washington, US)

Salary: $70,000 base + up to $85,000 variable compensation

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas in Alternate Care markets, including physician offices and ambulatory surgery centers.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying key targets and converting new customers to hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and clinical support staff to close new contracts and amend existing ones for growth.
  • Provide comprehensive product and solution training to customers and distribution representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical support groups and hospital account executives.
  • Interface with product managers to stay current on new releases and technology updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of documented experience selling medical device solutions to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
  • Experience calling on National Home Care chains, Respiratory Therapists, or EMS administration.
  • Proven ability to lead conference call discussions and develop internal partnerships.
  • Ability to travel 50% to 80% of the time within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 60lbs.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Clinical Credential, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience with high-technology healthcare solutions involving complex decision-making processes.
  • Prior successful sales management experience.
