What you will do

• Plan and schedule work based on system priorities and resource availability.
• Manage schedule loading and perform re-optimization as project conditions change.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient execution.
• Forecast workload requirements and balance resources across internal and external groups.
• Identify scheduling constraints and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize service impacts.
• Represent the department in project, engineering, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

• Must have prior nuclear industry experience.
• Must have prior design engineering scheduling experience.
• High level of proficiency in P6.
• Engineering degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Jackson, Mississippi.

Nice to have

• Understanding of PowerBI and other analysis tools.
• Experience implementing new or redefined scheduling programs.
• Background in project controls, cost estimation, and claims management.
