Salary: $131,352 – $219,360

What you will do
- Lead multi-discipline engineering and technical teams for power generation projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across the full project lifecycle.
- Develop complex engineering deliverables and equipment recommendations.
- Interface with clients to identify needs, manage changes, and support business development.
- Provide technical leadership and review engineering work performed by subordinates.
- Coordinate activities across various delivery methods including E, Ep, EpCM, and EPC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
- Strong understanding of EPC or design services for gas turbine projects.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team leadership.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- Experience with simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine projects.
- Working knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
