Salary: $131,352 – $219,360

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline engineering and technical teams for power generation projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop complex engineering deliverables and equipment recommendations.
• Interface with clients to identify needs, manage changes, and support business development.
• Provide technical leadership and review engineering work performed by subordinates.
• Coordinate activities across various delivery methods including E, Ep, EpCM, and EPC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Strong understanding of EPC or design services for gas turbine projects.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team leadership.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
• Experience with simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine projects.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
