Maintenance Planner (Industrial)

Location: Onsite in Baltimore, MD, USA

Salary: $32.60 per hour plus a 10% bonus target

What you will do

• Develop and track plans and schedules for all capital and major maintenance projects.
• Facilitate regular planning meetings to establish work priorities and collaborate on deadlines.
• Monitor project progress through regular customer site visits.
• Manage work order aging, schedules, and progress using CMMS tools (Maximo).
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop outage scopes based on work orders and PM requirements.
• Analyze and distribute KPI and backlog reports to the management team.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, and coordination within an industrial or power plant setting.
• Must be based in Baltimore, MD.
• Valid driver license and ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, maneuver up to 100 lbs, and work in confined spaces or extreme weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Expertise using Maximo (CMMS).
• Knowledge of mechanical and piping systems.
• Experience with CAD 2000, SQL, and Oracle databases in an industrial application.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
