What you will do

  • Plan and schedule daily, outage, and long-term maintenance for boilers, turbines, generators, and process equipment.
  • Administer the work order system, including estimating, tracking, and recording equipment history.
  • Coordinate between Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Procurement to ensure unified planning and priority setting.
  • Manage vendor quotes, PO requisitions, and contractor time tracking via CMM programs.
  • Monitor maintenance and outage costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Lead daily and outage meetings to track project progress and publish updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in power or industrial plant maintenance.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of NBIC and ASME codes.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks: lift 50lbs, climb, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
  • Must qualify to wear a full-face respirator.

Nice to have

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in the plant maintenance field.
