Salary: $548,000 — $844,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead and grow a world-class team of Solution Engineers, Field CTOs, and Architects across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Define and execute the strategy to exceed revenue growth targets and achieve long-term mission goals.
- Act as an executive sponsor for customer executives, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment.
- Influence the product roadmap by translating industry trends and customer challenges into technical requirements.
- Manage a global budget of $100M+ to optimize team productivity and customer needs.
- Represent Okta as a technical face in PR activities and manage high-level technical escalations.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in sales or systems engineering, with 8-10 years in 3rd or 4th line leadership of global teams.
- Deep knowledge of security, identity, and infrastructure (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
- Proven success selling platform solutions (Security, SaaS, Cloud) to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 30%).
- Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
