What you will do

• Lead and grow a world-class team of Solution Engineers, Field CTOs, and Architects across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Define and execute the strategy to exceed revenue growth targets and achieve long-term mission goals.
• Act as an executive sponsor for customer executives, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment.
• Influence the product roadmap by translating industry trends and customer challenges into technical requirements.
• Manage a global budget of $100M+ to optimize team productivity and customer needs.
• Represent Okta as a technical face in PR activities and manage high-level technical escalations.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in sales or systems engineering, with 8-10 years in 3rd or 4th line leadership of global teams.
• Deep knowledge of security, identity, and infrastructure (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
• Proven success selling platform solutions (Security, SaaS, Cloud) to Fortune 1000 companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Ability to travel frequently (approximately 30%).
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
