Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• Several years of experience managing engineering teams and owning production services.
• Deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure and backend technologies.
• Proven ability to scale both teams and services.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Ability to drive project delivery and create roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
